Floralove sources the best quality flowers and foliage in accordance with current seasonal availability.
Each week we design different floral arrangements to cater to different styles and occasions.
Our flowers are presented in either paper wrap and carrier as standard, or in a 20cm glass vase and carrier at an extra charge of $16.95.
Our designs span a wide variety of colour schemes and themes including:
Bright – Warm vibrant colours
Sweet – Soft pastel colours
Elegant – Whites and neutral colours
Hardy – Long lasting natives and dried flowers of various colours
2 Tone – 2 colours blending beautifully together, using a mixture of dark and light tones
Special – Florist’s choice, using a tasteful mix of flowers and foliage available
All Floralove arrangements come in 2 sizes; Standard $59.95 and Mini $39.95 inc. GST, Plus delivery.
The size of each bunch is indicated by the number of blooms shown in the pictures provided in our online Shop.
We try to keep the stems as long as possible depending on the blooms. We undersatnd the value of keeping each bunch as tall as possible to add impact.
Within each bunch we offer a generous mix of up to 5 different flower/foliage varieties so as to give you maximum bang for your buck.
Possibly. Our whole aim is to keep our prices as low as possible by offering the best seasonal flowers available that week. Our weekly designs span a wide range of flower/foliage choices in styles and colour schemes that tick as many boxes as possible.

We cannot always guarantee availability of the flower/foliage requested. Pricing will be subject to seasonal availability. If you are super keen on making a custom order, we will provide you with a quote. Please note that all custom orders require at least 48 hours notice. We will try and accommodate you as best as we can.
Floralove is committed to providing you with the freshest quality flowers available.
If you have ordered your flowers to be delivered in our snazzy flower carrier and paper wrap (100% recyclable) please rest assured that we have included some wet packing to keep your little beauties fresh during delivery.
For added guarantee of freshness, you can arrange for your flowers to be delivered in a beautiful vase and carrier. Just add the vase to your cart during your flower selection.
A “Caring for your Flowers” guide is included with every flower delivery.
When your flowers have arrived (if not already in a vase), we recommend cutting the bottom of the stems on an angle and transferring the flowers to a vase with fresh water and flower food provided as soon as possible.
Once the flowers are in a vase, they will need very little maintenance. Keep them in a cool, dry area. To extend the life of your little beauties, try to change the water every 2-3 days. Or just relax and enjoy them. They were meant to be admired, not fussed over :)
Generally, your flowers should last up to a week, sometimes more or less depending on the type of flower/foliage.
At the moment, Floralove focuses solely on providing you with the freshest seasonal flowers in delectable designs.
Currently you can add a personalised greeting card and upgrade your order to include a vase.
At the moment, we don’t sell any additional gift items to add on to your flower purchase, but please stay tuned! We are working hard to broaden our product range and we hope to offer gift and hamper items in the near future.

TRADING
At this stage, Floralove is an online only florist. Our Woollahra studio is not open to the public, however, we hope that our extensive online gallery and comprehensive ordering system makes choosing and ordering your flowers a breeze.
At this stage, Floralove operates during weekdays only. Our last order for the week must be received by 12pm on Friday afternoon.
Our opening hours are as follows:
Monday – Thursday: 9am – 5pm
Friday: 9am – 3.30pm
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
Public Holidays: Closed
DELIVERY

At Floralove, we do our best to deliver throughout the Sydney Metropolitan area in the timeframe specified.
Please note suburbs further than a 18km radius from our studio in Woollahra 2025 may incur extra delivery charges and require extra delivery time.
We offer same day delivery on orders received before 12pm to suburbs located within 18km from our Woollahra studio.
If you happen to fall passed the 12pm deadline and still require same day delivery, please don’t fret yet! You can always Live Chat with us and we will do all within our capabilities to accommodate you.
Please understand that any urgent, same day delivery requests after 12pm may possibly incur an additional Express delivery fee that is determined by our courier. We will let you know if this is the case, and provide a quote on your Express delivery.
All delivery charges are calculated according to your delivery location. Charges will be automatically calculated at Checkout.
Here is a general guide to our Delivery Charges*:
$8.95 delivery – Will be added at checkout for all suburbs located within an approximate 5km radius from our studio in Woollahra 2025
$13.95 delivery – Will be added at checkout for all suburbs located approximately 5km – 11km from our studio in Woollahra 2025
$19.95 delivery – Will be added at checkout for all suburbs located approximately 11km – 18km from our studio in Woollahra 2025
*Please note that this is a general guide only. As well as the geographical distance, our couriers take into consideration (and base their costs on) common delivery factors such as traffic congestion and tolls.
Our deliveries start at 12pm and finish at 5.30pm on Mondays - Thursdays. On Fridays our deliveries occur between 12pm and 3.30pm. Although we’re unable to offer you an exact delivery time, please rest assured that our couriers are working very hard to deliver your flowers as early as possible within that timeframe.
If you are concerned about your delivery for any reason, feel free to Chat with us and we’ll try and help you as best as we can.
Our couriers are working very hard under difficult circumstances to make their deliveries as per usual. At this time, the only delivery restrictions relate to hospitals and schools.
In these cases, the flowers will be delivered to the main reception desk. The courier will then ask the reception staff to notify the Recipient that the flowers have been delivered to them, requiring collection from the reception desk.
Please understand that if government regulations change in the future, this may affect our general delivery capabilities. Please follow us on social media so we can keep you posted of any changes.
HELP
We understand that life happens and people may need to leave work or home unexpectedly.
If the recipient of the flowers is not there to personally receive them, our courier will leave them in a safe area close to their front door (if residential), or with work colleagues or at the reception desk at their workplace.
Please note that once the flowers are en route, they cannot usually be redirected. However, we may be able to offer you a re-delivery the following day at an extra charge. Contact us ASAP if this is the case.
You are welcome to Contact Us us to discuss your order/delivery progress. Please note that the latest delivery time is 5.30pm Monday – Thursday and 3.30pm on Fridays. If it is getting quite late in the day and your flowers have still not reached their destination, please send a message via Live Chat. We will look into this as soon as we can.
On the add occasion that something has gone wrong on our end regarding your order, we will do our utmost to rectify the situation and organise the best possible solution for you. This may involve re-delivery at the earliest available time or a possible refund. We’re happy to discuss all options with you on a case-by-case basis.
If you have made a mistake on your order, please Live Chat or Contact Us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the mistake and fix it for you. We may be able to offer you a re-delivery the following day at an extra charge.
